Hi, I'm so happy you're here! A little something about me...

I'm a California native and live in beautiful San Diego, CA with my husband and two teenage kids. Before starting my art business, I spent most of my adult life teaching English to students both here and abroad. This fulfilled my love of teaching and travel, but creativity had always played an important role in my personal growth. When my children were toddlers, my need for even more creativity led me to painting, and I've never looked back. Painting is my JOY and I'm so happy I get to share it with you!

The things that are necessary for my overall contentment and well-being: waking slowly with good coffee, change, exploring new places, long walks & hikes, creating with my hands (getting dirty!), travel (near or far, I'm not picky), cooking & eating good food...lots of quality time with friends & family.

Then there are the little things that just make me smiley: anything handmade, the beach, meeting new people, the color yellow, crossing the Mexico border, freshly brewed sun tea, waking up in a new city, thrift store scores...a good cocktail.
